Shipping methods :

After placing an order, please don't worry that we will ship it to you as soon as possible.

After confirming the purchase, we ship and send the product according to the method you have chosen.

If you have payed an expedited shipping, please email us your expected receiving time, so we can dispatch the item in time.

Receiving time = processing time +shipping time.

3) For delivering successfully, we suggest you leaving your correct email box and mobile number during checkout process. Unsuccessful delivery caused by blank mobile column can not be compensated. 

4) PO Boxes is not accepted if you choose express shipping . Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number.

5) Nondelivery caused by wrong delivery address or no rely to pickup notification sent by our customer service specialist in 3 business days and other personal reasons will not be taken by Novibell Ltd.

6) Receiving time can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, Customs clearance procedures or other causes.
